Shipping & Delivery

All House of Moxa orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in Thane, India to the address provided at checkout.

Order Processing: 12–15 working days
Customized Orders: 18-21 working days (for size or length alterations)

Post-Dispatch Delivery Timelines (India):

  • Metro cities: 2–3 working days

  • Non-metro cities: 4–5 working days

International orders are typically delivered within approximately 1 week after dispatch.

Availability & Orders

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified within 4 working days and a full refund will be issued.

Only one shipping address per order can be processed. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. House of Moxa is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delivery will be attempted up to three times at the provided address.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide.
Any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or additional charges levied by the destination country are borne by the customer and payable directly to the courier or customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Customs-related delays are beyond our control.
