Return & Exchange Policy
- You may initiate an exchange within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.
- Exchange Process:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team by sending an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or whatsapp us at +91 9136882468 within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and any relevant details.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with an exchange authorization, if applicable.
- Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accompanying items.
- Please note exchange is allowed only once. Should there be a concern even after exchanging the product once, the customer will have to bear the shipping charges.
- Return Shipping:
- At House of Moxa, we try our best to provide a hassle free return and exchange and hence, we provide a pick up for all eligible requests.
- Credit Note:
- Instead of refunds, we issue a credit note against returned items.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a credit note equal to the value of the returned item, excluding any shipping charges.
- The credit note can be used for future purchases on our website.
- Please note that by not offering cash refunds, we aim to attract and cater to customers who are genuinely interested in our products. This helps ensure that our resources are focused on serving customers who value our offerings and are more likely to make informed purchasing decisions. This also helps us encourage thoughtful purchases.
